Whistle휘슬 is a desktop application designed for sports fans, particularly those passionate about the KBO League. The software offers a dedicated platform to discover, share, and engage with short-form video content centered around baseball highlights, player moments, and team-specific clips. Unlike traditional broadcast media, Whistle휘슬 curates rare and dynamic footage that may not be widely available elsewhere, providing users with an immersive fan experience. The app supports personalized content discovery by allowing users to designate their favorite team as 'My Team,' unlocking exclusive team-centric videos and profile customization options such as team-themed skins.
Target users include KBO League enthusiasts, casual sports viewers, and social media-savvy fans who enjoy sharing and discussing game moments. The platform fosters community interaction through features like video liking, user-generated highlights, and a ranking system that celebrates active fandom. By integrating real-time engagement tools such as the 'Whistle' feature, the app enhances the emotional connection between fans and their teams. It is optimized for users seeking a streamlined, visually engaging space to stay updated on baseball action while connecting with fellow supporters across the globe.

Users can interact with videos via intuitive gestures—tapping the 'Whistle' button or liking a clip—without leaving the main feed.
Workflow efficiency is enhanced by the seamless integration of recording, editing, and sharing tools directly within the application. The process of capturing a highlight and posting it to the community is designed to be completed in fewer than three steps. While specific performance metrics were not provided, the app’s 250MB size suggests a lightweight footprint suitable for modern desktop systems. The developer did not specify resource usage details, but the interface remains responsive during typical usage patterns.
